Joanna brings her consulting and entrepreneurial background to her latest venture as Co-founder and Head of Operations at The Better Meat Co.

Together with Paul Shapiro and Adam Yee she founded The Better Meat Co. in early 2018. Based in Sacramento it’s a business-to-business company providing next-generation plant-based proteins for foodservice providers and meat processors to make their meat, in a word, better.
