Pre-registration for the Alternative Protein Show is officially open. This means that you can already buy a ticket - and the first 50 tickets get a special discount.
The Alternative Protein Show will be a one-day giant networking event for every company who has appeared on the New Protein Landscape.
Aside from the main exhibition hall, there will be a “deal room” with 4-person tables for private discussions; a VC room where startups can make the rounds; VIP tasting rooms, science & machinery rooms and more.
If you are a company producing *anything* related to alternative protein, and you would like an exhibitor spot, contact us ASAP. If you would like to sponsor, also let us know.

*Why January 16th?*
More than 20,000 food & beverage people (including buyers, influencers, and producers of all kinds) will already be in town January 13-15 for the Fancy Food Show.
The Alternative Protein Show is scheduled on January 16th so that FFS participants interested in this new industry can easily attend (we are also working out a possible partnership with FFS.)
